Michelle Dyer

Reaching out for support and inviting someone to share in your experiences is incredibly courageous. It is an honour for me to hold space for and alongside you during our work together. I can provide you with support, recommendations, resources and skills to enhance your healing journey and growth. My approach is adaptive and you-centered. I will assist you in learning how to trust yourself to know what feels right as we journey together.

I offer both verbal and non-verbal supportive techniques and modalities through counselling and art therapy. Art therapy is a dynamic, body centered approach for self-discovery to work through challenges that might be difficult to talk about and to build on strengths and resiliency. I will help you to discover creative solutions to emotional, behavioural, and cognitive challenges. My hope is to meet you where you are at and to make you feel safe, understood and heard.
